A working world that will inspire you
The newly constructed state-of-the-art creative domicile for resourceful companies is the third building in the ElsterCube cluster and completes the business campus in Gera. Step inside and let your ideas bubble: benefit from spaces that we design according to your wishes. Experience an ambience that makes you want to perform. And enjoy lifestyle benefits such as a gym, organic market and café right next door.

The space concept: everything is possible
There are no limits to your office design ideas: ElsterCube² can be divided horizontally in the classic way, but also vertically, for example with separate staircases. A wide variety of working zones – from social spaces to creative labs to co-working units – can be realised on the total area of 14,000 m². Because the interior design reflects your corporate philosophy – and vice versa.

Sustainable for a great (working) climate
ElsterCube² will be built as a KfW40 building and will strive for DGNB Gold certification. A highly efficient energy concept is one of the supporting pillars, as is a pleasant quality of stay both indoors and out: recyclable building materials, healthy living materials and green outdoor areas bring comfort and environmental awareness into harmony. E-charging stations, covered bicycle parking spaces and excellent public transport connections motivate each individual to make their way to work in a climate-friendly way.
